Kashmir Panel on Global and Regional Politics
A panel on 'Kashmir in Global and Regional Politics' was co-hosted by GASAM and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Waqf University with keynote by UNIW Secretary General Atty. Ali Kurt.
The panel titled 'Kashmir in Global and Regional Politics' was jointly organized by the South Asian Strategic Research Center (GASAM) and Fatih Sultan Mehmet Waqf University (FSMVU), with a keynote address delivered by UNIW Secretary General Atty. Ali Kurt.
In his address, Atty. Ali Kurt stressed that the tragedy of Kashmir represents a vital wound affecting global peace and the conscience of the entire Islamic world. He emphasized that the legitimate right to self-determination guaranteed by United Nations resolutions must be upheld without compromise, calling upon international civil society to amplify the voice of oppressed Kashmiris across global diplomatic forums.
